You Tell Us What You Need
Get in touch by WhatsApp, email, or a call. Tell us what you have in mind — the space, the size, any reference images you've seen. It doesn't have to be a fully formed brief. We'll ask the right questions. No charge for the conversation.
We Put Together a Proposal
Based on what you've told us, we suggest a direction — size, finish, pattern — and pair the project with the right craftsman. You get a written quote with materials, timeline, and price. No surprises later.
You Approve a Sample First
Before we make the full order, we produce a sample piece so you can check the finish and material in person. If something needs adjusting, we do it before production starts.
Production With Updates
We keep an eye on the production and send you photos at key stages — the base shape, the finish, and before packing. You're not left wondering what's happening.
We Check It Before It Ships
Before anything leaves the workshop, we check the finish, dimensions, and build quality. If something isn't right, it gets fixed before it reaches you.
Delivery & Care Guide
We arrange delivery to your address. Every order comes with a short guide on how to clean and maintain the copper. For large installations, we can coordinate with whoever is doing the fitting.
How Long Things Take
Rough timelines based on order type. We'll give you an exact date in your quote.
Lighting & Decor
3–10 weeks
Pendant lights: around 3–4 weeks. Chandeliers or larger custom decor: 6–10 weeks.
Interior Panels
4–16 weeks
One piece: 4–8 weeks. A series of pieces: 8–16 weeks. No minimum order.
Exterior / Architectural
4–16 weeks
Signage: 4–6 weeks. Doors, domes, facades: 10–16 weeks. We can visit the site for larger jobs.
